How do I get to Legacy Lodge?

The address is 7000 Lanier Islands Parkway, Buford, GA 30518. At the security gate, tell the attendant you are staying at Legacy Lodge for the SPADD Conference. Resort fee is included with your stay. Follow Islands Parkway across the bridge to the Clock Tower roundabout. Turn right onto Legacy Lane and follow the signs to Legacy Lodge parking on the left. View a full resort map here.

What time is check-in?

Legacy Lodge hotel check-in begins at 4pm daily.

Conference check-in begins at 8:30am on Monday, April 13th, in the Grand Ballroom Foyer.

Where are the Exhibitors located?

Exhibitors will be stationed in both the Grand Ballroom Foyer and the Veranda Room.

How do I get to Game Changer for the Networking Cocktail Reception?

Game Changer is part of the resort, but is about a 5-minute drive from Legacy Lodge. Shuttles will run between Legacy Lodge and Game Changer every 15 minutes between 5:00pm and 10:00pm on Monday. You may also drive yourself using these directions. There is plenty of parking at Game Changer.

What meals are provided at the conference?

  • A selection of pastries and fruit is available Monday morning before the General Membership meeting.

  • Refreshments and drinks are provided throughout the day in the Veranda Room and Grand Ballroom Foyer.

  • Boxed lunches are provided during Lunch & Learn sessions on Monday.

  • Appetizers and cocktails are available during the Monday evening Networking Cocktail Reception. Dinner on Monday evening is on your own.

  • A breakfast buffet will be set up Tuesday morning in the Grand Ballroom Foyer.

  • Plated lunch will be served Tuesday at the conference closing.

When does the conference conclude?

The conference ends after the closing of the luncheon on Tuesday around 2:00pm. Note that hotel check-out is at 11:00am, so please plan accordingly.

Where do I go if I have questions while on site at the conference?

The information desk at will remain open in the Grand Ballroom Foyer throughout the conference. Stop by if you have questions or need assistance!
